When a site visit is needed, we coordinate a walkthrough to review the layout, floor types, condition of key areas, access requirements and details that affect the scope.
Review your proposal
Your proposal outlines the agreed cleaning tasks, frequency and pricing. Specialty floor care and other periodic work can be discussed alongside your recurring program.

Yes. Tell us about your regular cleaning needs and any carpet extraction, tile and grout cleaning, VCT stripping and waxing, or spray buffing you would like to include. We can discuss frequency and whether specialty work should be scheduled separately.
What should I have ready for a walkthrough?+
Approximate square footage, your current cleaning schedule and a short list of concerns are a useful starting point. Share building access rules, service-hour restrictions, sensitive surfaces and any product requirements so these can be considered in the proposal.
Can service take place after business hours?+
After-hours and weekend cleaning are available. The schedule and access arrangements are discussed for your facility and confirmed as part of the agreed scope.
